Cloud Based Technology

At Lot 360 we have adopted a paperless cloud based drop box documentation system where we can share all of our documents relating to each of our projects with benefits of no paper filing, having safe access to archived projects and present day projects with the ability to have all documents signed off and complete days before the project commences.

All safety documentation and PSR reports are signed onsite by the appropriate Lot 360 staff member through iPad and filed away in Dropbox for project completion, this creates less of environmental impact through our documentation. 

The documentation which we save within our Dropbox folders include PO’s, JSA’s, Invoice’s, Images, emails and any policies and procedures etc. which are applicable to the project, Traffic Management Plans if applicable and so on.
